[WYSIWYG] Image URL from API is not auto converted to image anymore in task description

We are using custom bot for Telegram and before new editor it worked perfectly.

It uploads image to our website and puts URL for image.

But it is not converted to image anymore:

When I copy URL and paste it manually in editor, it is converted correctly.
