#6370: Quire Feedback

Previously pasting in a link from Quire made it appear with its title, now one can only see the project name and number: #{Quire_Feedback/6368}
This requires the user to click on such link before finding out any basic information, even if they knew the task already.

This regression has been around since a few weeks, at first I thought it would be noticed immediately by your team, but its still here, so reporting.
