[WYSIWYG] Everything pasted is instantly converted, making it hard to work

Example 1: Trying to paste c53232 hex color code with #.

#c53232- directly

҂ - start `, pasting, end inline code symbol again

Example 2: Trying to paste base for URL before I add task ID to it.

#{Quire_Feedback} - and I am unable to add number 6388 after it

Normally parsing happens after one of these triggers:

• adding space at end
• adding new line at end
• saving

And not while pasting, it's annoying. I need to use other text editor to paste final text.
