Started to occur to me in 2 different organisations within last hour and I already set buggy elements to multiple tasks until noticed.
In this project every new task gets one of tags I never used / have in this project.
In other project it was always setting "Tomorrow" for every new task, after I once did set it on other new task.
Reproduceable by adding anything before as in video.
It wasn't happening today before. I was using Ctrl+F5 however to check why one team member could not see Documents tabs in project.
In general it seems like many changes are introduced on live production, what has pros of delivering bug fixes quickly, but also introduces a lot of new bugs too often. I understand will of reducing extra work and issue with finding good and active testers, since I am facing it myself in my own team since years. But for such big projects it should be done, as I can imagine many people wouldn't report some issues and eventually maybe even quit from platform, especially if noticing them during testing is Quire for them. Testing team / Development environment is must-have.
