I encourage everyone to use dark mode, but there might be still someone using white mode, or people who use shared project URLs.
So if I put in guide "Test deeply changes in red color" we will clearly miscommunicate a lot.

Currently I can not say anyone to refer to certain color then. Also I would understand if it was for accessibility what I thought on first hand too, but same colors are still existing, but they are reversed. It is required to swap places 1-4 and 2-3 and it doesn't affect readability and not having logical issue.

This is not a glitch. We organized the colors based on contrast to ensure the same level of accessibility when switching between themes.
