Current options:
Especially favourites doesn't make sense for being under "Editing", I want to receive notifications about actual changes, but not favourites.
Also what category turning task into section falls to, is it "Editing" too? Since not clear by descriptions.
I wouldn't mind splitting "Editing" to more separate options, as in one project I would surely disable notifications about section, tags or descriptions, but I assume it would require some bigger visual rework (subgroups for splitting deeper without mess?).
