Etiquetas sin color

Could you clarify if you're referring to tags? If possible, please share a screenshot so we can better understand what you’re seeing.

If you’re using the search task function (the magnifying glass icon at the top of the workspace), you can type # followed by the tag name to search for tagged tasks.

Hello. Why are some tags uncolored? The tag name is displayed along with a striped box. I've noticed that if I search for this tag with the magnifying glass, it doesn't show any results.

Hi,

The striped box on a tag indicates that multiple projects within the organization have tags with the same name. Since each project can have a different color for that tag, we display it with stripes.
