Noticed that changes/edits I make in records often not saved, I've got already habit to click Ctrl+Enter every time, but it doesn't help. Very irritating, because such things get noticed much later, when it's too late. Yes, changes are displayed on screen, but when I login from another PC I see they are lost. And not clear where to start looking for reasons.
Hi, we have a few more questions to better understand the issue:
- How often do you see the message
Connection lost. Not to worry, your updates will be saved locally? For example, does it happen a few times a day or every few minutes? - Was your network connection stable while you were editing the task description, or were you working offline?

Hi,
We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. We've passed the issue to our team for further investigation. In the meantime, could you let us know if this occurred in a task description or in a document?

I see this message few times a day when behind corporate proxy. But this connection is very stable, at least with other services. Without proxy never seen.

Hi,
Our team is currently looking into this issue and will let you know as soon as we have any updates.
When you see the message Connection lost. Not to worry, your updates will be saved locally, it means the connection between your device and the Quire server was temporarily interrupted. In this case, any changes you make are saved locally on your device only and will only sync with the server once the connection is restored.
If this happens again, and if possible, please try reconnecting the original device (where you made the changes) to the internet and check whether the updates appear when viewed from another device. This will help confirm whether the local changes were synced properly.

Actually this message is seen for less than minute. In any case I'm not sure it's related to loss of edits. Device is always connected and other services functioning properly.
