[Shared Links] Add option to require being logged in on any Quire account

Shared links are meant to let people view a Quire project without having to sign up for an account. Adding an option that requires being logged in to a Quire account would basically work the same as adding someone as a Guest member, so it wouldn’t really fit the purpose of shared links.

We’ll be keeping things as they are for now, but thank you for sharing your idea with us, we really appreciate it!
