Dual Approval

We have passed your feedback along to our team. While we can’t provide an exact timeline for when this feature might become available, we’d like to share a workaround that could help you achieve a two-step approval process.

You can create two separate approval categories, one for each approver. The assignee would first request approval from the first approver. Once approved, they can then request approval from the second approver. For each category, you can select approvers so that only the designated individuals can approve those tasks.

To verify whether the first approval has been completed, you can check the task’s activity log. For more detailed steps, please refer to our guide here.

This may not be exactly the same as having both approvals required automatically, but it should allow you to manage the process with similar results.
