sometimes I need to cancel the item but dont need to delete it. And I wanna see this item in statistic, so please add not only active and done but cancel

Hi,
You can create an additional status for canceled tasks and set its percentage to 100%. This way, when a task is marked with this status, it will be treated as completed, just like the Completed status.
In the Project Overview, this status will also appear in the statistics graph. Give it a try, and let me know if you have any questions.
