Add new commands for cyrillic layout

Hello, when I try to add an item there are some symbols that not so simple in cyrillic layout. F.e # ,> and so. So Ineed to switch language every time or use numpad codes. The both ways are not fast, so there's no sense in this feature in russian. Please give an ability to make items as fast as english users.
