[WYSIWYG] Option to customize toolbar

While now WYSIWYG is mostly stable and it's comfortable to use it, would be nice if it was possible to somehow customize toolbar:

Like I use checklist and code block daily, and since it requires extra click, I tend to rather use manually - [ ] and ````` still for first iteration.

Another idea is to group options similar to headings/colors, so like:

• all lists under one main group
• all text formats (bold, italic, underline, strikethrough) one main group
• all forms of block formatting (code, code block, quote) another main group

However this already might be more annoying for basic users.
