Hi there,
Not sure if anyone else is having this issue or not, but when I attempt to open the mobile app on Android, it circles and never opens. I've not been able to open it for at least a month.

I’ve forwarded this issue to our team, and we’d like you to try the following steps:
- Please clear the Quire app data by long-pressing the Quire app icon, selecting App info, selecting Storage & cache, then choosing Clear storage and Clear cache.



- After clearing the data, try signing up for a new account and see if the app opens.
If the app works with the new account, it may indicate that the issue is related to your old account. In that case, we'd need your permission to temporarily access your project to help identify the problem. Please rest assured that we won't retain any of your information, this would be for troubleshooting purposes only.
If the issue still occurs, it could be related to the phone model being used.
Please let me know how it goes after trying these steps. Thank you for your help.

I just saw the upgrade in the Play Store (V12.02), and updated, but the issue persists. I removed Quire and reinstalled, but I am still unable to fully open Quire on my Android. Video below.

Our team has fixed this issue in the latest mobile app update (v12.02). Since app updates may roll out at different times depending on your region, please check the Play Store to see if version 12.02 is available for you.
