Right now the only way to zoom in to the subtasks of a task is to pinch and zoom. For such a common basic task, it's annoying to have to switch my phone to my left hand and then try to pinch starting on the correct task and zoom. It's finicky and toilsome. There should be a way to zoom in in the list view without multi touch gestures.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand how multi-touch zoom can feel inconvenient on mobile, and we’ve passed your suggestion to our product team for review.
For now, the current behavior will remain as is, but there’s another way you can zoom in without using pinch-to-zoom. In the task detail panel, tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Zoom in.
