Cannot have multiple ordered lists in a comment

It seems ordered lists have a "global counter"

if I start writing in a comment something like

hello hello helllo

1. a 
2. b
3. c

everything works fine. However If I continue writing to obtain something like

hello hello helllo

1. a 
2. b

some more text, a new paragraph

1. something

when I try writing the second 1. it automatically transforms into 3. as the "smart" editor thinks I'm continuing the previous ordered list, despite the paragraph in the middle interrupting it. This is annoying as I cannot have multiple ordered lists in a comment
