Dear Quire team,
Since monday Feb 09, the quire app hangs on opening. When opening the app, I see the the screen is nearly blank (light gray triangles, whitened buttons at the bottom), and the "busy" ring ticker rotates in the middle of the screen. No interaction is possible, except exit.
It is still possible to add tasks via the widget (ex: press and hold, then select a project).
I cannot access the account parameters in the app, therefore I cannot clear the quire cache. However, I have attempted to clear the app cache in Android, delete app data, uninstall, etc, without fixing the issue.
Quire version 12.15, installed via Google Play Store. Android version: 13

Our team would like you to try installing an older version of the app (ver. 12.14, before February 9) to check whether you’re able to open it and if it works properly. You can download it below.
Additionally, it would be helpful if you could let us know your phone’s brand and model.

I had to log in again. I didn't manage to log out previously.

At the moment, our team is unable to reproduce the issue. Could you please share your phone’s brand and model so we can investigate further?
You may also try upgrading to version 12.15 again. If the issue persists, please continue using version 12.14 as a temporary solution while our team works to identify the cause.
