To reproduce: Group tasks by Status in List view. Click plus sign in a status other than the default one (In progress, for example). Add the task and submit. On refresh, the task is moved to the default status, rather than keeping the status in the group it was created in.

We tried this on our side but couldn't reproduce it. To help us look into it, could you share:

  • The exact steps you take, or a short screen recording of it happening
  • Where you're doing this: inside a single project, or in a cross-project view like a Smart Folder, My Tasks, or the organization view
