In notifications section often the approvals list when approval request pending for multiple peoples is not viewed or shown

One to one approval works fine but notification is damn useful to quick approval with link

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback, and I want to make sure I understand what you're seeing.

Could you confirm the situation for me: when you have several approval requests pending at the same time, are some of them not appearing in your notifications, while a single pending approval shows up fine?

If that's what's happening, could you also check, for an approval that didn't show up:

  • Are you following the task?
  • Are you set as the approver for it? If you have more than one approval category, check each one, since approvers are set per category. If you're not an approver in a given category, its approvals won't appear in your notifications.
