We have been attaching and using pdf file in description and working , but for past days it is not visible in mobile version as well we are not able to open it kindly advise

We tried this on our end but weren't able to reproduce it, so we'd like to take a closer look.

Could you send over a screen recording, or the steps you're taking when it fails, along with your device model and app version?
