ENTER on Andoid Tablet with physical keyboard does not create new task

When I use the App on my mobile phone (Google Pixel 8) or on the computer in # the Web App, pressing ENTER completes the current task and starts a new task at the same level.  On the Tablet, ENTER on a physical keyboard doesn't do anything. I have to touch the screen with my finger to complete entering the current task, then press + to start a new task.

I am using a Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ (One UI 8, Android 16) with the Android Quire App v13.01, with the Samsung Book Cover keyboard.
