Allow a double tap to highlight the word under the cursor

This goes to standard usability and touch screen support :-). Double tapping a word should highlight it on Android and display a pop-up menu (Copy, Cut, etc). Check it out in an Android app that allows text entry. I'm not sure if that requires extra programming or if you disabled it by accident.
