Add a section perhaps under my tasks and an option to add specific tasks to 'my day'. This would allow a daily review and a plan for which tasks to attack for the day and show all tasks from all projects/institutions.

Hi Si, So something like a “priority” section under My Tasks in the sidebar. May I ask why you need it (eg., My Tasks getting too long) as normally you can just look at the “today” section of My Tasks?

Hi Crystal, thanks for replying. The priority section you mention is exactly what I mean. The reason the today section doesnt work for me is that as for GTD, due dates only get put on tasks that HAVE to be done that done. I may have a task due next week that I want to focus on tomorrow so during my daily review can place into a spotlight area (like a priority section). Does that make sense?
