Hi Crystal! Thanks for the great app, our team really likes it. But we have some really important problems. Can you help us with it?
We have many organizations and projects. And we need to prioritize tasks in all of them. Tell me please, is there or will there be an opportunity to see all the tasks of the organization with the ability to filter them? Now it is impossible to compare tasks in different projects to choose the most important. And its really important for us.
Is there or will be an opportunity to see all the tasks of one member? Ideally for all organizations. But at least in the organization? It is important to monitor subordinates.
The same problem with "my tasks". How can I see all my tasks in all progects in one place? To filter and prioritize it.
If you put a priority to the subtask, which differs from the priority of its task, the subtask is suddenly became the new task.

- For this, our current solution is to add a Smart Folder and filter in this view.
- You can either filter by “Assigned to…” in a Smart Folder or click on the member’s name under Members tab in the left sidebar to see tasks assigned to him/her.
- Tasks in “My Tasks” in the left sidebar are already filtered and prioritized. May I ask what kind of “my tasks” you want to see?
- What did you mean the subtask suddenly “became the new task”? Clarification and screenshot would be nice. Thanks.

We have over 50 projects in the organisation. And 10 smart folders for each organisation is not so helpful in that way. Is any ideas how we can see all tasks another way?

Hi Crystal,
Building on the request and your suggestion: is it possible to have a Smart Folder covering all organizations and projects? I have the impression we are limited to 5 projects for the time being (+ having to update the Smart Folder whenever there is a new project would be cumbersome).
