#975: Quire Feedback

Quire gets funky on some screens when scrolling down and back up, with text overlapping, the top bar disappearing or hiding the X to close it, etc.

Sure. I attached a couple screenshots. Sometimes the dialog-header disappears, or the escape icon X, or text gets shoved up into the header. I seem to notice it more when the window is not maximized. My version of Firefox Quantum is currently 60.0.1 (64-bit). Thanks for looking into this.
