📖 How to use this template
A simple weekly planner for a team. Board columns are the days of the week, so the whole week fits on one screen and moving work to another day is a drag. This project holds a sample week of meetings, prep and a wrap-up.
- Duplicate this project into your own organization (dropdown next to the project name, then
Duplicate) - Switch to Board view. Each column is a day, and Goals is the column for work that has not been given a day yet
- Replace the sample week with your team's. Rename the tasks, reassign them, and drag each one onto the day it belongs on
- Put the week's real intentions in Goals, then drag them onto a day once someone commits to them
- Break a task into subtasks wherever it needs a checklist. Product Meeting shows the pattern: share the agenda, take notes, post follow-ups
The recurring meetings look after themselves. Pre-meeting sync, Product Meeting, Marketing Meeting and Weekly wrap-up each repeat on their own day, so completing one puts next week's in the same column.
Two habits do the rest: run the wrap-up on Friday and move anything unfinished back into Goals rather than leaving it stranded on a day that has passed, and keep Goals short, because a backlog pretending to be a plan is how a week stops meaning anything.
One note on duplicating: this project uses nine statuses, one per day plus Goals and Completed. If the copy fails, it is usually the status quota on your plan. Message us if you get stuck.
