The client's IT team will provide the UAT environment by 1 June

We are assuming the client provisions a UAT environment matching production by 1 Jun 2027.

Why it matters — every date after UAT is calculated from this one. If the environment is late, the whole tail of the plan moves.

How we will validate it — written confirmation from the client's IT lead, with a named engineer and a date, not a verbal "should be fine".

If it turns out false — raise as a schedule risk immediately, and price a hosted UAT environment as the fallback.
