Quarterly assumption re-validation

Assumptions decay quietly. Something true at kickoff is often false by the second quarter, and nobody notices because nothing visibly broke.

Walk the Assumptions section and ask of each one: would I still bet the schedule on this? Anything you would not bet on gets re-opened and re-validated.

Re-validate items marked Validated too. Validated means it was checked once, not that it is permanently true.
