Peak-season traffic may exceed the portal's tested load ceiling

If December traffic exceeds the 4,000 concurrent sessions we have load-tested to, then response times degrade during the busiest fortnight of the year.

Impact if it happens — slow portal at peak, a support queue spike, and a launch that gets remembered for the wrong reason.

Response (mitigate) — load-test to 8,000 concurrent sessions before UAT sign-off, and agree an auto-scaling ceiling with the infrastructure team.

Trigger to watch — load test result below 6,000 concurrent sessions.
