Risk statement. No accessibility audit has been run on the new interface. Three enterprise contracts carry accessibility clauses, and two public-sector prospects require a VPAT before procurement.
Trigger / early warning. First audit returning more than 15 Level A or AA violations.
Consequence if realised. Enterprise deals stall at procurement. Remediation after launch costs several times what it costs before.
Current response. Mitigate. Audit now rather than at the end, fix Level A blockers before launch, publish a VPAT with a dated remediation plan for the rest.
