📘 Strategic Roadmap Charter
The north-star document for our FY26 strategic roadmap. Everything on the roadmap should ladder up to what's here. Review it at the start of every quarter.
Purpose
Define why the roadmap exists, what it's trying to achieve, and how we'll know we're winning.
Vision
To become the platform teams reach for first when they need to plan and ship work together, loved for being powerful yet effortless.
Mission
Help every team turn ambitious plans into shipped outcomes, without the busywork.
FY26 Objectives (OKRs)
Objective 1 — Accelerate growth
- KR1: Grow new signups 40% year over year
- KR2: Launch in the EU and reach 500 paying EU teams
- KR3: Ship the next-gen mobile app to general availability
Objective 2 — Deepen retention
- KR1: Lift 90-day retention from 62% to 72%

Scope
In scope: product, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations work tied to the objectives above. Out of scope: M&A, net-new product lines, and anything not funded in the FY26 budget.
Success metrics
North-star metric: weekly active teams. Supporting metrics: signups, activation rate, 90-day retention, net revenue retention, and infrastructure cost per team.
Guiding principles
- Outcomes over output. Measure impact, not activity.
- Fewer, bigger bets. Say no to protect focus.
- Ship to learn. Get value in front of users early.
- No surprises. Surface risks fast.
Owner & cadence
- Roadmap owner: Katherine Newman (VP Strategy)
