The_Eisenhower_Matrix
📖 How to use this template
Four sublists, one per quadrant. Each sublist description says what belongs in it, so open the tabs before you start sorting.
- Duplicate this project into your own organization (dropdown next to the project name, then
Duplicate) - Priority is the quadrant: Urgent is Do First, High is Schedule, None is Delegate, Low is Eliminate
- None is also what a new task defaults to, so anything you add in a hurry lands in Delegate. Sweep that sublist after a capture session
- Delete the samples once you have read a few, and swap the tags for your own
Judge the matrix by whether Schedule is growing. Do First fills itself; the work is protecting time for the quadrant that does not.
Two habits keep it honest. Put real due dates on Do First, and actually assign the Delegate tasks to someone. A delegation quadrant you never delegate out of is just a second to-do list.
