#262: Flechs Sheets / Cursor-based improvements / Mitigate UI friction / Facilitate in-person on-the-table BattleTech gameplay, focused on novice-to-intermediate-level formats, i.e. 4v4 succession wars era biped mechs on standard maps using rules from AGoAC boxed set or the BattleMech Manual.

Dropdown should stay open when a user clicks the instigating element; For obligation strip buttons, if a menu is open and a user mouses over a different ob-strip button, the dropdown for that item should automatically open.
