Redesign the logo and core color system

Note on type

This is a Chore, not a user story. No user asked for a new logo, and forcing it into "As a user, I want…" form would be theater. It still takes real effort, so it is sized — see section 4 of How to use this Agile template on when to skip the story form.

Scope

• Primary logo, plus horizontal and icon-only variants
• Light and dark backgrounds
• Core palette locked and documented

Acceptance criteria

• SVG and PNG exports at all required sizes, including favicon and app icon
• Legible at 16px and at billboard scale
• Contrast passes WCAG AA against both background modes
• Palette documented with hex, RGB, and usage rules
• Signed off by the Product Owner before Design new homepage consumes it

Dependency

Design and build the new homepage needs this finished first. That is why it lands mid-sprint rather than at the end.
