🚫 Won't Do — kept as a worked example of declining work explicitly.

Why this was declined

Code review was tracked here as a task. It is not a task — it is a stage every piece of work passes through. Tracking it separately meant it was easy to skip, and impossible to see which work was waiting on it.

It is now the In Review workflow status. Every story passes through it, and the board shows the queue.

Why this matters beyond this one item

A silent no teaches nobody. When you decline something, mark it Won't Do and write the reason. Six months later, somebody will propose it again, and the reason is the only thing that saves the conversation.

Deleting it instead would lose that. That is the whole argument for having a Won't Do status rather than a delete key.
