Epic: Content & Sharing

Goal: Let people find, export, and share their own content without asking support where it went.

Why it matters: Two of the three items in 📥 Intake are people who could not locate or retrieve their own files. That is a retention problem wearing a usability costume.

Success looks like:

• Users can export everything they have uploaded in one action
• Attachments are findable from search in under three clicks
• "Where is my file" support tickets drop to near zero

Out of scope for now: version history, external sharing links with expiry.
