As a user, I want to export all of my content in one action, so that I have my own copy without contacting support

Acceptance criteria

• Given I am signed in and have at least one uploaded file, when I choose "Export all content" from the account menu, then the export is queued and I see a confirmation
• Given the export completes, when I open the notification email, then it contains a download link valid for 7 days
• Given I download the archive, when I open it, then it contains every file I have uploaded, in their original formats, with the original folder structure
• Given I have no content, when I request an export, then I see an empty-state message rather than an empty archive
• Given an export is already running, when I request another, then I am told one is in progress rather than starting a second

Out of scope

• Exporting other people's content from shared spaces
• Scheduled or recurring exports

Open questions

• Behavior for accounts over 10 GB — do we chunk the archive or cap it? Needs an answer before this leaves Sprint 1

• Tested against a large account (1,000+ files)
