#1080: Quire Feedback
Status: Completed

1 I don't want that my employers will see others projects, they should ewe only the projects assigned to them

2 Need a better integration with other app. For example, if I receive an email I should share it into quire directly,

3 Need integrated chat with "urge" button When I will urge a project, my employer should receive an instant message on his phone

4 Improve alarm notification I can't receive good reminder, I always miss some tasks because my phone have no notification about my scheduled tasks. If I set a repeating alarm I'm expecting that every day at the same time I will receive a notification

Good job!

Hi 1 I DO NOT want that my employee will see all tasks, they should see only the tasks that I assigned to them, it's s kind of restriction, they should not see others tasks but only their own.

2 "Share to quire" should have following choices

  • as new task (email attachment should be inserted too "
  • as comment (same for email attach)
  • as push message to a member

3 Should be special " urge " button, otherwise if you send push notification for every comment it will become too stressful, if I use this special" urge "feature, this means that I'm angry with them, they should receive a special advice red color like this" !!! "

4 Ok perfect

Hi Francesco,

  1. If you only want your employees to see a project, then you just add them as members of that specific project. See here for more details.
  2. We are considering to let users forward an email to Quire so it becomes a task. For now, you can copy & paste the email content to Quire.
  3. Perhaps notifications on his phone would be enough? For example, when he misses a task, or when you leave a comment to “urge” him, he will receive a push notification on his phone.
  4. You can set your alarm (aka reminder) settings in your Account Settings. For example, you can choose to receive reminders of tasks 2 days before they are due.
