#1086: Quire Feedback
Status: Completed

I have a list of organization members, and under that organization, I have created multiple projects and by default it is only me myself that can see the project.

I appreciate that the whole organization members doesn't automatically be added to the newly created project (because sometimes we don't need everyone in the org to be in that project), but I find it weird that I need to re-invite (or add) the members from the same organization to the project members, as in I still would need to type them in one by one, and then I select the autocomplete suggestion.

  1. Maybe if inside the project members page, there will be a list of current organization members to choose from, it would save me some trouble of trying to remember their emails, and then I can multiple select the emails/members and add them in to a project.

  2. Or maybe also an option to select all to include all members inside the organization to be added to a new project.

Thanks for your time reading this. I like Quire and I hope it will keep getting better (but not bulkier) 😃

Hi Lili, In case you did not know, you can add people as “Normal+” members of an organization, so they automatically have access to all projects in this organization. For those you only want them to have access to certain projects, you would need to invite them to each project. See here for more.
