Hi,

One of our teammate with email id gayathri@neovibe.in is not able to attach any files to any tasks. Can you please check why this is happening. As we are completely dependent on Quire for our project management, this is severely affecting our process. Kindly look into this fast.

Hi Kelsey, Let’s say Leighanne is a Limited member of project A and she wants to attach a file to 1) task description and 2) task comment in this project. Then, she is only able to attach files to tasks she "created" or is "assigned to"; But she can attach files when posting comments in any task. Let me know if this explained it. Hi Anish, Can other members in the same project attach files to tasks? Also, please check this member’s role in the project (by clicking on the “arrow” icon beside project name and selecting “Edit members) and let us know. Thanks.

@crystal - I'm having the same problem, Leighanne Sullivan (lsullivan@ithaca.edu) is not able to attach anything to a task through the attach function or in a comment. She has a normal+ membership level and limited access to select projects. I've just started using Quire and I believe it has a lot of potential, but I need to be able to quickly resolve issues such as this or we will need to change platforms. What is the most efficient way to be in contact with your support staff?
