#1219: Quire Feedback

I really like how Quire has the How-To and this feedback sheet.

In some cases, we wanted to have a list for everyone to refer to, but we don't want the case of people ticking off these things.

  1. it'd be nice if we can turn off the checkboxes so normal members can add stuffs and delete the things that they added, but they can't remove things that other people added (except for admins and maybe normal+ of course)

  2. it's also be nice if we have a view only sheet, so we can have a view only like a handbook or standards for everyone to refer to, but they can't tick off or edit the things in there, but the comment feature is available

Hi Lili,

  1. How about giving them the Limited role? This way, they can add tasks and only delete those added by them. Check out here for member roles & permissions.
  2. Perhaps the Guest role will help? Guest members are only allowed to leave comments in a project.
