Task Relationship and Due Date

I would like to know if it is possible to link a task to the other, for example:

1. A scenario where task A cannot be completed until task B is complete (task A is blocked by task B)

2. A scenario where the due date of the Parent Task automatically becomes the due date of the last subtask in the group. Example: Task A has 3 subtasks. Subtask 1 is due on 10/11/2018, 2nd task due on 20/11/2018, and 3rd task is due on 25/11/2018 - then automatically make Task A due date be the completion of the last task due date, which is 25/11/2018 by default.
