This idea came to me when reflecting upon other todo apps, such as OmniFocus, which has excellent customization features. Perhaps it can optionally colorize the whole line, or just the text.

Thanks Michelle. I think it's great that you all added this feature already (although not readily evident). Being able to "code" colors in using CSS like this is certainly better than nothing, but ideally in a future version you would include a dropdown/selection box for colors (in the sidebar while editing a task). I mean this for the task title, not comments.
This would make the feature MUCH more user friendly, providing its usability to even non-techie types. Also it would save a lot of time for people like me who know how to code CSS but would prefer to not spend the time writing color codes but instead focused on the actual tasks themselves.
Would you please consider adding this to your future roadmap?
