Hi, I've just started using Quire because my team GR8SOME is looking for a new project management tool. We are using Asana right now, and we are not satisfied with their Inbox. It's very cluttered and you can't see clearly all tasks where you have some new details, because each task opens immediately with all details, so you have to scroll down to the infinity to look over all of them.
Hope you've solved that problem.
I've noticed something that might give you an idea. I would like to have an option to add some "followers" or co-workers to tasks, sub-tasks or projects. It is common to have more than one person on a task. Sometimes they only give some insights or ideas to the assignee of that task, but even then they are very necessary.
Especially in marketing agencies, cooperation is essential for excellent ideas and even better project realizations. Hope you understand š
Thanks in advance. You've done exceptional work with this tool so far. Thanks, Suzana

Hi @suzana.milijasevic.djuric , Iām glad to hear that you find Quire helpful. Just like Ed said above, you can add followers to one specific task, this way, the followers will get notification of any modification. On the other hand, on the project level, only yourself would be able to follow it. Also, please know that only members of the project can follow tasks/project. If not the case, the project needs to be in Public mode. Hope this make sense. FYI, Quire supports āMultiple Assigneeā to one task, you can see more info here. And feel free to share more of your feedback! š

Suzana there are two ways to add followers. If you want them only to follow a task open the task description window and click on the eye icon in the upper right and you'll see a list of project members that can be added as followers. If you want to follow all activity in a project click the arrow next to the project tittle in the upper left and select Follow. You can only do that for yourself so you'll have to instruct others if they want to follow all activity.
