I'd love to have a 'Gmail Task Creation Add-On' so that when I'm inside of an email, I can hit a "Quire +" button and because it's integrated with my account it will load up the organizations that I can choose from. When I choose an organization, it would allow me to drill down into projects (or create a new one). Once I chose a project (or create a new one), it would allow me to make a task out of the email (linking to the referenced email).
All of the basic Quire things would apply for this task creation:
- Due Date
- Labels
- Assignee
- Board to apply to, etc.
I use Gmail every day and this would be really great for me and my teams...this same integration could be created for 'Freshdesk' as well...as some of our businesses use Freshdesk (because of a higher number of emails that need to be solved) instead of Gmail.
It would be another great way to expand on the 'easy of use' of laying our brain out in a digital todo sort of way.

Hi Chais, thanks for your suggestion! We do have a plan to develop a “create tasks via mail” feature in the future. I think it's somewhat similar to your suggestion. Nevertheless, I will make sure to pass this to our team! 👍

Hi @hello-07 - With Quire Gmail Add-on, you can now add a task directly from your email to your Quire project, assign responsibility, set due dates, add tags. 🥳
