It would be great to filter to show only the last level under each level 1 task. For example if Level 1 says 'Plan Party', under that there are 2 tasks of 'Invite Guests' and 'Bake Cake', and under Invite Guests there 2 tasks of 'Make invitations' and 'Send Invitations', the Last Level filter would only show 'Plan Party' with 'Make invitations' and 'Send Invitations' under it.

Hi Shayla, thank you for your suggestion. This does make sense, but what if there are a lot of levels to a parent task (Level 1)? For example, in the below case, if we only show the last level, you would only be able to see Level 4. I guess my question is what about Buy Ingredients, I see this task as the last level task to Bake Cake, but technically it isn't the last level task to Level 1...? Should it be shown? Love to know your thoughts. Sorry for making this so complicated... 😭

  • Level 1: Plan Party
    • Level 2: Invite Guests
      • Level 3: Make invitations
        • Level 4: For John
        • Level 4: For Mary
      • Level 3: Send Invitations
    • Level 2: Bake Cake
      • Level 3: Buy Ingredients
