Your product will not import a json file. Select it via the upload function and instead of importing I am directed to a cut and paste screen.
Hi Hunter, a paste dialogue will appear when you import a CSV file as well. Right now, we only support a CSV file that is exported from Quire. See this blog post for more information.

I am having the same issue. I am trying to import accoring to the blog but the paste form stays empty and import does not work. (in contrast. importing from Trello results in a full paste form)

Hi @ste.lendl , unfortunately, I wasn't able to reproduce this issue on our end.
If it’s okay with you and if it doesn’t contain any sensitive information, would you mind sharing with me (via email: peegy@quire.io) the CSV file that you were trying to import? This would be super useful to understand what might be happening here. Thank you in advance.

Hi @ste.lendl , I have received your email. This issue should be fixed. Please try again and let us know if the issue persists. Thank you.

Hi Dave, when you import a JSON file, a paste dialogue will appear. It’s a preview of how the imported task will look like in our task tree list. Also, right now, we only support JSON file exported from Quire, Asana, Trello, and Wunderlist.
