It seems that when you invite someone to an 'organisation', they're not automatically able to view the project of the organsisation, is that correct?

Hi @amie.illfield , it depends on which permission role you gave the member when you invite him to your Organization. For example, if you gave him Normal, he will only be able to see the projects that he was assigned tasks to. You could check out this blog post for more information on permission control.
