currently, only project members are visible for it's own projects. But if we use Quire for entire company, Project visibility option should have some sort of visibility privilege for other organization member. For example, A is a Organization member but A is not in the xxx project. Still, A can view(only) the xxx project to check what is going on.

Hi @sangyeon.lee , you can add the member as Normal+ at the Organization level. Normal+ members will be able to manage all the projects in that organization. Check out this blog post for more information.
