In our teams, some tasks is progressing, but customer needs suspending them. And customer will check these tasks for evaluation every weeks, so I can't peekabo them. I think it will solve problems if I can let a column without relation to progress. Thanks.
This sounds similar to my request. Where as whats needed here is a column without a progress indicator, I’m looking for the ability to have multiple columns with the same % because I may manage projects with two key components having a starting phase/bucket/column what have you, of 0%. Eg: Bugs |Features | WIP | Complete

Thanks.

Hi @erinus , that's exactly the workaround I would recommend you: create another column and named it Pending, then moved it behind the Completed column. Could you please elaborate more on "a column without relation to progress"? Also, how do Pending tasks having a percentage affect you or your customers using the list/board? Does it cause confusion or any other problem? Please let us know. Thank you very much!

Hi @erinus , thank you for your explanation. The percentage in Project Summary stands for the completed tasks' percentage for that project. Consider Pending tasks are unfinished tasks, so they shouldn't be counted toward the percentage. Hope this makes sense.

Yes, I use "Pending" for column name and put it behind "Completed" column. So we can focus on working issues and re-check with customer for pending issues every weeks.

I'm trying to replicate this, but the app won't let me reorganize the columns... can you help me?

Hi, @peggy .
Yes, I certainly put Pending column behind Completed column now.

But with percentage in Pending Column, we have a wrong project progress percentage in Project Summary.

It lets me re-explain to customer and product manager every week, so I hope to have a column without percentage. If you have any suggestion to solve this problem, please let me know. Thanks for your help.
